Booking & Payment

Booking Process: All cruise bookings must be made through our website, customer service, or an authorized booking agent. A reservation is considered confirmed once we send you a booking confirmation email.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods. Please ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.

Currency & Fees: Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Please note, additional taxes, fees, and gratuities may apply as per the cruise line’s policies.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, the cancellation fee will depend on the time before departure. Cancellations made 30+ days before departure typically incur a nominal fee. For cancellations made within 30 days, a higher cancellation fee or a no-refund policy may apply.

Refunds: If eligible for a refund, we will process it to the original payment method within 30 days. Refunds may be subject to the cruise line's terms and conditions and cannot always be guaranteed.

Special Circumstances: Cancellations due to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances may be eligible for different refund policies or travel credits.
Changes to Your Booking

Modifications: If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changing your cruise date or destination, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Cruise Line Changes: Cruise lines may occasionally change itineraries, schedules, or ports of call. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. TrippTime is not responsible for any changes made by the cruise line.
Travel Documents

Required Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents for your cruise, including a valid passport, visas (if required), and identification.

Documentation Assistance: TrippTime can assist in providing information about the required documents, but we are not responsible for the issuance or any delays related to passports or visas.
Travel Insurance

Highly Recommended: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Travel insurance options may be available during the booking process.

Not Included: Travel insurance is not included in the price of your cruise. It must be purchased separately.
